Hi

I would try for a referral to your respitory team at your local hospital.

There are plenty of alternatives and new inhalers, ( although mainly for the mild moderate stage) because you have two conditions they would be better placed to advice.

I had several sessions before I change from Seretide to Fostair NEXTHaler. They contact your GP so the change is seamless and they do a follow up appointment to check it’s still suitable. Plus they don’t rush you so you can explain better in your own time,
