Do you have a link for it please as I would like to try this too x

Hi, I've been using it for nearly a year. It helps with my anxiety, and makes my skin less flakey and dry (caused by steroids I think). These 2 things I know are helped by the CBD oil, I also think it is helping me to loose weight, as there is no other explanation for my steady, healthy weight loss, as the amount of exercise I can do is minimal and as I said before I'm on long term steroids. I don't have any proof of this though. I would definitely give it a try, mine comes from the US.

hbnaturals.com/hempproducts...?

This is the site I use, go to hemp herbals. They do 3 different flavours, mint tastes quite good. 2 different strengths, depending on what you are using it for. You should be able to see this from the site, but if not PM me and I'll get you more information. A friend has done a lot of research.

It's not cheap though, and you may also be charged customs duty, but in my mind worth it.

My skin is dry and is thinner due to steroids.....do I rub the oil onto my skin or drink it 😂😂😂 Sorry if I sound dumb.

in reply toMeme50

Hi, it comes in a small bottle with a dropper, I put about 10 drops under my tongue, morning and evening. It's recommended to start with 1 or 2 drops under tounge and gradually increase to what suits you best, it can be a bit of trial and error. Max dose 1 pipette morning and evening with the strength I use.

It's not a dumb question, the oil can be rubbed directly on skin, for some things.

Hope this helps.

Good luck, it's not instantaneous, it took about 6 weeks before I noticed a difference. I get mint flavor, which actually tastes quite nice!!

I started about 6 weeks ago. Take a dropper at night before bed. My pain level from bouts of arthritis has gone way down although it could be being more aware of foods that set it off. One item seems to be sleep, getting under and staying asleep. As far as breathing is concerned (stage 2 plus) I can't tell you at the moment. I said I would give it at least 6 months.

I have Bronchiectasis and for the past few years, it's been under control (very little shortness of breath, lung infections, etc). For the past month or so, I have noticed an increase in shortness of breath. I'm a 69 yr old female, so I don't know if it's the Bx for just old age.

Would CBD oil help?

Beth
