This morning im reminded of the monty python sketch about spam and how that relates to my life ,the lady was trying to get breakfast without spam as i am trying to get life without phlegm , phlegm with breakfast ,with a cup of tea ,with a shower, anytime i exercise, doesnt matter what i do twice a day regular as clockwork that damn phlegm rears its ugly head , the one good side of this is once ive eventually gotten rid of this diagusting substance im able to breath much easier , sometimes i feel like an alien lol rant over
Have a good day everyone and as always breath easy

Is there a special spam/mucus connection that I’m unaware of? Is there a reason for it being spam in a can rather than beans or pineapple rings or soup? Or did it just fit the iambic pentameter better?
Spam in tins was brought over to us from America during WW2 when meat was in very short supply. It was difficult to buy a meat dish without it being included in some form or other. It was national joke which Monty Python used for a sketch. Now soulboy118 likewise finds it difficult do anything without phlegm being involved.
I get little bouts here and there but i have two good bouts of phlegm twice a day ,these can last anywhere from 10mins to well over an hour but like i ssid the silver lining is easier breathing 😀
Wish I could just get it up every day. I cant breath properly and find it so hard go bring it up and then the panic attack starts. but what a relief when I do. You keep well soulboy. Mx
Sorry to hear about those dreaded panic atracks ,have you heard of CBT therapy ? ( cognotive behavioral therapy) ask you physiotherapist or doc about ,its supposed to be good for PTSD panic attacks anxiety etc ,
Yes we only have it I line in my area of Scotland and unfortunately for me my tablet doesn't support it. Spoke to dr about this and was advised to either get a new laptop or pay privately. Only thing they could offer was diazepam which I wont take. I've managed to get a free trial of an app called Headspace and if I feel it helps I'll pay the £70 it costs. Thanks again soulboy your support has been invaluable to me. Mx
I get the same, but started on a salt inhaler pipe about a week ago. I breath on that for about 15 mins, then find the phlegm is much looser and easier to cough up. My chest feels so much better.
