Breath easy groups can be very useful with information and build up freindships, but like any group you need dedicated people to run them. We have one in our city centre (Coventry) and they do social things together also but not all people with Lung conditions can travel to meetings. Some people need more than a monthly get together too. Please try one if theres one in your area it may lead to other things and new freinds.
