Copd and prednisone

Is there an alternative drug or something I can take Natural for my COPD instead of prednisone

I get gastro resistant ones ....less side effects than the bog standard ones but still steroids obviously....I take turmeric and Boswellia serratta as a herbal remedy for inflammation but unsure if it helps any
