So I went to the doctor's today and he said that I have chronic coccal pharyngitis, and my nose sockets are too narrow. So as a result everything that gets past my larynx irritates my throat and trigers cough that is basically allergic... And that from my nose I am not properly oxygenated and that's why I get tired and dizzy and I have zero exercise endurance... So he gave me cortisone and put me on medications and we'll see how it goes !!

Hi. Just a laugh as I am a scouser. My Mum many years ago told me my doctor said my nostrils were very narrow and that I had to start picking my nose every day to widen them. It worked, 4 years later I was cured.
