I'm trying to find out more about the use of diuretics in managing copd. Reading up there seem to be pros and cons . I'd love to know others views/experience.

Diuretics and COPD
Are you using these for swollen feet/ankles saramic? Or like my partner alongside a blood pressure medication? Hard to reply not knowing why you would be using them.
My own experience is that Ive used them one time when I had swollen ankles during a major illness but I hated the way they made me want to pee all the time and they didnt do much for the swelling which went down on its own a while after I recovered. Ive had similar leg swelling a couple of times since and didnt bother with them.
Yes I'm not sure! I have seen them mentioned in relation to COPD. I do get a lot of bloating and discomfort and urgency to urinate when my breathing is poor.
I use indapamide to help control my blood pressure. I don't find the need to urinate all the time. Restricting my salt intake seems to help more to stop water retention.
