Hi Aingeful I realised that this morning but the Little Buddha is printable so thought everyone would like it for that reason. I think we go through all the feelings and this just says don’t feel bad just relax and let it pass. X

I agree,that is a nice version! This winter I have had days of extreme lethargy and often just want to go back to bed! I often try to jolly myself out of this but reading this makes me realise its OK to just do what I can do. Sheila

haveing a rough day breathing asthma acting up 90 mile an hour winds so much snow-such a blizzard!

Glad you liked it Les, I am having a rough time as well with my chest. We have no snow and the winds are not so fearce but it’s still cold and windy. Sometimes it’s just a battle with the cold weather. Hope you feel better soon x
