Hi , you could try ringing British lung foundations help line for a link to HU too. Sorry the one I sent did not work , it did for me. Hope Stones link works for you.

Last night I logged out on my phone, my tower and laptop, then one by one logged back in. Low and behold, notification emails are now working.
