Just go through the same registering process that you did for yourself, then give them their username and password and of course the web address.

As far as I know the account is not tied to any device or IP address. I use my phone with both work and home IP addresses as well as mobile data. I also logon with my home PC using both Windows and Linux operating systems. So you should be able to help your friend with no trouble.
