I’ve been having these weird problems with my eye for the past 2 weeks, like I can see a shadow around my nose and I can seee my nose. It’s really wierd tbh and scary. Also I’ve had vertigo previously but I’m not sure if it’s that, I have also been at risk of glucome. I have anterior segment anomalies which means my eyes didn’t form correctly when I was born. So as I look. To my left or right I feel as if my nose is in the way and block partial vision, it’s really weird, I have been really stressed tbh, thinking I’m going blind? I’m I right ? Anyone else know anything about this? Please let me know ASAP really stressed and frightened. Keep having panic attacks due to it. Thank you.

Hello Jr1293, this is a lung site but I would respectfully suggest that you book an appointment with an optician who would be able to help and reassure you. Good luck.
Please go to a. Optician as sassy suggests, I was found to have glaucoma 14 years ago on a routine eye test, no symptoms, been under the eye clinic since with eye drops and still no loss of vision. X
As I said I was unaware I had this problem, I did used to get red eye occasionally, at the time I saw a Opthalmologist fairly quickly and had laser treatment this helped, I have narrow angle glaucoma and once settled on the drops, just seen once a year. It's not something I think about. My sister has glaucoma hers was dx a few years before me and she also has drops with normal field vision the same as me. Please don't worry, but good you are getting checked..x
That’s fine I’ll be going tomorrow to get it checked hopefully it’s nothing, I was jus wondering if it was Glucoma I would’ve had sight straight away as I’ve been having this for a week. Also I’ve got anterior segment anomalies which puts me under high risk of Glucoma. I just keeping stressing myself thinking I’m going blind; I can’t even sleep at nights keep waking up every two mins to check weather I’ve gone blind or not. I wish it’s nothing as I’m only 20 years old, I have a lot to do with life.
Do go and see an optician as you should be able to get an appt very quickly. They will know exactly what the problem is, and then you will at least have peace of mind. Worrying never helps anything to improve.
Thank you very much for taking time out and replying. Yeah I have booked an appoiment with my optician hopefully it’s nothing major as I’ve been really stressed and worried.
My nose gets in the way when I think about it as I look left and right. My eyes are checked annually as I am very short sighted. As others have advised, if something seems different to normal, go and get it checked out to make sure. If it's nothing, you'll be reassured; if it's something that needs treatment, you'll get the treatment sooner when less damage is done rather than later. All the best.
