Hi BLF friends,
Well we know it’s all in the mind..😉
So after a usual Fran night I thought work at it girl..and so should you 😃
Today I chose that topic because we seem to need it these days..
Now in bed with your favourite cuppa, music in your ears or not, inhale deeply but gently raising that tummy and chest and as you exhale chase all that useless rubbish out of your head, empty it all out.
Do it twice.
Of course choose the affirmations you like and work for you:
Healthy Immune System: Affirmations
« More and more I can feel peaceful and calm just from breathing deeply in and out.
More and more I can allow myself not worrying about things I cannot control and focus on my own inner strength.
More and more I can appreciate myself and take care of myself.
I understand that my body is my faithful ally, my oldest friend and my steadiest companion.
I am grateful to my powerful immune system for protecting me and seeing to my wellbeing.
I call upon my intention to increase the effects of my immune system, to better monitor and protect my body.
I welcome the heightened energy, power and strength that this new commitment to myself brings me.
I understand that my body has the built-in capacity to repair and heal itself.
My immune system is despatching loyal, protective fighter cells all through my body.
I can feel and sense the buzz of thousands and miraculous little cells purposeful and discriminating, knowing exactly what to defend and where to let things be.
I am grateful to those fighter cells for eliminating viruses, cancer cells and bacteria, defending me and calming my immune system down.
I am grateful for my body built-in capacity to retain its integrity and renew its strength.
I can see a warm pulsing, glowing blanket of magical comfort surrounding me and enveloping me with protection and safety.
I can see and feel radiant sunlight entering and warming my body, infusing health, strength and healing in every corner of my being.
More and more I can feel my body growing stronger.
I thank all the wishes and support that have been sent my way.
I thank my body for its faithful service to me.
I return the favour by being better able to listen to my body and sense what it needs.
I thank my body for all it has done for me in the past and all it will do for me in the future. »
