There’s good news in that I’m short of breath some days but not everyday like before but I did make a lot of lifestyle changes. But I’ve got a spine surgeon ready to replace 2 discs in my neck, a hand surgeon that feels my carpal tunnel needs repair AND I know my rotator cuff tendon is torn again it was repaired in 2015 and botched. So those of you somewhat familiar w/me know I would have to lol at this scenario so the other day I had a cardiologist apt and he said”well I’ve got a list of doctors here wanting me to sign off so you can have surgery here, there and so on” my reply” Tell them to take a number.” So it looks like I will be vacationing via a hospital for some very skilled surgeons but not the one I usually go to but I don’t really care at this point because of the intensity and longevity of the pain level they can do it in the back of a truck if they want

F^•# them chargers were now a rams fam. Happy Howladays. Today’s Christmas and in this messed up house that means cops will either be called, come by or someone will be arrested-lol-some shit just never changes no matter how long you be good and mind your P’s & Q’s cops be cops. My brother the 5150 tried attacking me last night one of my boys confronted him today cops come let nutcase be but take my kids license they tried to detain me for tossing a CUP OF WATER! Yeah like wow there are some choice words but I won’t use any. Merry F’n Christmas huh, how goes you & yours?✌️
