My mom who is 43yrs old affected with severe fever last one week. Tested for dengue, malaria, H1N1 but everything shows negative. But she is not able to maintain her spo2 level and because of that now she is ventilator support.
My question is sedation has been stopped yesterday morning around 6am but still now she is unconscious. Any idea like how long it will take to be back to normal or maximum hours to be normal after sedation..??
Meanwhile she is not urinating hence they put her in crrt dialysis.
Please help and advice

Hi, honestraj. So sorry I can't answer your question, but know you and your mom are both in my thoughts and prayers. Hopefully someone should be along soon who has more experience of what you are going through. Hope your mom improves very soon.
I am very sorry for what you are going through. This must be one of the most difficult day of your life.
What has her medical team told you about this? Perhaps she needs more time, depending on the reason she had such low oxygen levels. I wish I could say something more reassuring and helpful, but I don't have the knowledge to do so.
Keeping you and your mum in my thoughts tonight. *Hug*
