Idiopathic pneumonitis? My Dubai dr calls it this but I’m confused is it the same as non specific intisistial pmeumonitis ?

I’m struggling to find anything on idiopathic pneumonitis......... I’ve found lots on hypersensitivity pneumonitis but my pulmonary dr says they are different. I will keep looking.

Such scary times with the diagnosis and living abroad ! I’m considering moving home to the uk as it’s so dusty and polluted here.
