Oh dear it seems your body is trying out the full range of problems! I feel like my body conspires against me too, maybe not to the extent yours is, but sometimes I do think of it as a separate entity with which I'm locked in battle
Agree with everything that is said below, but try cutting out bread and carbs like that too as they can often cause belly swelling, I know this happens when I eat too much bread. Hope all goes well
Question 1) - do you have a naval Hernia - If so is there an extrusion form your abdomen - if so you need urgent treatment as your Colon is pinching and if the pressure is not relieved soon there can be bad consequences.
Question 2: Do you have the irritable bowel syndrome - If so it is usually caused by little blisters (Bubbles) Called infected diverticula that's caused by pips or roughage that get stuck and then forms a blockage and infection - then you will need antibiotics urgently.
Both these conditions cause excruciated pain conditions that's a 10 on the scale and should be treated urgently. How do I know? Got both conditions and it hits me 3 to 4 times a year and know by now one must act fast.
Sorry a quick relieve will be to lie on you back and massage your abdomen - if you find any bloated hard inflated sections under the surface gently pressurize them and massage them till they soft. This sometimes get the system moving again together with ample water.
I'm waiting for a Scan for the Tummy Swelling, my Lung Consultant is arranging. I Exercise, most days, Today the Gym. Eat a Good balanced Diet. Have gained 17/18 kilos in 2 years. I know about the Air Trap due to bad Lungs. But this is so uncomfortable, like being Pregnant especially when The ? gets under the Ribs. No Pain at all, Can't feel any Lumps. I haven't got IBS. Just fat I suppose, Well, I'll keep trying to Lose it, somehow. XXXX
