Yay! That's great news about you quitting smoking. It is such a hard thing to do. I hope the doctors that didn't want to deal with you when you were smoking will now start dealing with you. It takes a while to start feeling better after stopping smoking so hang in there 👍

PS that's another cool photo 😁

Keep it going, you are doing so well. The hardest part is stopping thinking about it, you will find that gets less and less. Good luck to you x

in reply toIzb1

Hi Izb defo agree there but have to remind myself of goals ... hopefully be enough

Keep off them fags they do not elp anything. When You first give up it is not uncommon to have a lower lung spo2 as the lungs have now got a chance to move all the nasties thatthe smoking stopped. It does take a bit of time!

Be WEll

in reply toOffcut

Hi offcuts defo agree about lungs all gunk am coughing up is rank .. did breath better when smoked but now am not DON’t have Throat issues AND that’s defo plus plus

Excellent re the coffin sticks. I had a relapse and have now gone back on the patches. 🤜Lungs do usually feel awful for a few weeks after stopping guess they have to get used to working without all that poison🤢 it will be a🖕for your consultants and hope they take you more serious and have no more excuses.🤞well done keep strong. I have joined the quit support site on here. Cx

in reply toKarenblue

Hi Karenblue I too was out shap smoking 24/7 with 2 hours sleep

GUESS that’s why doctors prescribed excersise.

Why don’t you try patches have read link

and ask your doctor about it I don’t think it’s too late.

If I can do it and I have no will so to speak anyone could.

How it all started I bought fitness watch that Monitor’s ecg ppg Spo2 as well as bp step sleep and was shocked at how little did and how much quality sleep I had SO set about fixing easy one that was sleep then mod improved enough to try tackle other stuff

And here am today
