Yes I was surprised as I had to take more paracetamol yesterday, today it is blurred but just a little sensitive. I have big sunglasses 😎 for protection so it should be ok with nebs and black coffee! I need my daily dose of fresh air 😃

Unfortunately no fatty foods for me because of LAM so had to give up croissant 🥐 for porridge made with water!! 😉

I haven’t had instant coffee since my mother-in-law was alive! Her Maxwells used to turn my stomach! Even in London hospitals they have Costa 😃So I’ll make a couple of George Clooney’s best for you and I ☕️☕️

I wonder if those alumninium capsules are good for us and the planet actually..

Hi Fran, yes mostly beautiful views...though it depends which direction you look ha ha. We've a very high hill a few miles away and from the top if you look south it's an enormous city, if you look north it's all rolling hills and country side. Funny...the viewing car parks all face the city...hmm😒

I can picture it now....we’ve had some lovely walks beside rows of luscious grape vines, lucky you.

No vines here, though did have one busy one in our last garden, giving us lots of sweet but tiny English....no Welsh!....purple grapes! 🌿🍇🍇🍇🍃Generally left them for the birds.

We’ve got a long list of family house guests for the next week, 👨‍👩‍👧‍👦👨‍👨‍👦👨‍👩‍👧‍👦 so there won’t be much rest this weekend, but maybe a bit of fun! 👯‍♀️💃🕺🏼👯‍♀️🤳

I’d better go and get prepping.....first arrival in time for a meal tonight....in fact it’s my eldest daughter and she’s bringing the food!! Yippee!! There’ll be lots of bed changing though....people offer to bring bed linen but I can’t cope with their perfumed sheets in the house so,it’s all down to me! I almost gave in to an offer from my sister-in-law, but then had nightmares about my duvets being tainted....ha! Then she said she’d bring their duvet too, but I’d still have the smell,of Lenor wafting round the house.....just can’t do it these days. Doh!!

Hopefully it will all be worth it....they’re lining up to see our new house, after all the fuss we had moving 🏡🏡🏘

Enjoy a restful weekend, Fran ❤️💕💙 and the match later ⚽️ We’re not on till Monday, and no football fans by then so won’t get to watch....just to track it on my phone app 🙀

I love family dos..

I had a very footy day just as I like it from listening to talk sport, reading the papers watching Wolves-City, then PSG and chatting with supporters and listening to pundits.

I hate Lenor too, it makes me nauseous..

Now I am watching some kind of Netflix series with an actor that looks like the one in Dexter. Could be the one in Dexter. It’s called Safe. It has a French actress I like in it Audrey Fleurot.

Good morning Fran, went and got some plants yesterday and my great grandson helped plant them the garden looks much better now than in that heatwave. It is a lovely blue sky but rain is forecast, that is more like UK weather now. Have a nice weekend love Kate xx

Well we had rain all day yesterday but today blue skies. It is colder though. 10 degrees just now I see but should go up to 20 by midday.

So I will get ready and go home to get my post, walk a little, get the papers then go back.

Good morning Fran, it was wet here yesterday , sort of sudden thunderstorm. My patio set got soaked including cushions, because the waterproof cover blew off to spite weights on it. Its mixed weather today but the new plants look good and the grass. This morning my sound on my computer is not working , tried everything but no joy it was fine till I got a call from Germany on my mobile yesterday. Hope you are having a good day xx
