Hello Margaret, glad to see you are home again after your 6 weeks in hospital. Remember its much better at home when recovering. You are coming out of the tunnel for a while so enjoy the daylight , take things easy one day at a time. I am sure you will recover your strength if you take it slowly, Every best wish for a good recovery. xx
Thank you kate I. Never got to sit in the sunshine last time I was out was beginning of may ay breatheasy not sure when i will bewell enough to go out unfortunatley I seem to have lost my confidence again xxx
A fall always knocks your confidence, my fall was in June and last week was the first time out alone for me. I'm still finding it difficult not to worry about another fall when out. Should be wiser as falls can happen at home too. Take your time , I am sure you will get your confidence back soon , if we lived nearer we could hold hands together to give each other confidence. best wishes xxx
Glad youβre home. Youβve been through the wringer π
OMG...just one or two members who have been worried about you and so very glad you are back once again! Told you not to worry etc. Afraid I'm writing this at 11.30 pm so very tired after a busy day. I'll chat tomorrow and most probably bore the pants off you, lol.

Good to hear your home Time_to _ drink, don't feel to Down hearted, that your breathing has got worse.
I've learned, that being tired or ill, greatly affects my breathing.
You've been very poorly and are bound to be weak.
You'll start feeling better and breathing better, once your strength is back.
Take good care of yourself xx
Thank you casper I go into sheer panic when my breathing is bad especially when I am in bed and wake up in a lather and unable to catch my breathe xx
