Husband sleeping too much and exhausted when awake.
Could be lots of things, best chat with his doc.
Might not be the best idea to assume its potassium deficiency.
I would speak to your husband’s GP and he can run some tests if necessary. Xxxxx
There could be many reasons for this, including sleep apnea, but it it is best to have him see his doctor for a complete assessment.
I am very tired all the time, and on a visit to GP nearly 3 months ago, he tested my Folic Acid levels, it was 1.5 and should be over 5. Been on tablets since then but the tiredness has not gone away. I can fall asleep anytime I sit down. I was advised to increase my intake of green vegetables but on blood thinners for life, makes it very difficult because of risk of clotting. I would still get it checked out by GP.

Hi, I have the sleeping bug and can nod off in a split second, here one minute gone the next. Very tired especially just now with the heat, I take the tiredness as part of the disease.

Nibletts - has your husband had a blood test for anaemia recently? I was told by the doctor that iron deficiency is quite common in people with chronic disease.
