So pleased that you're back, was wondering how you were. No need to feel guilty, embarrassed or whatever - you were feeling very low in spirit and we all know how badly that can affect us. Good to hear from you again, take care - will be thinking of you. xx

Don't you dare apologise. You have nothing to feel bad about.  We all want you to know we can talk to each other before things get really bad.  You have felt the strength of our love and concern for you;  great if we can help you stay back on track:-)  - just remember you aren't alone, and don't even think of going away again - you are to stay here and muck in with the rest of us:-)

Hi Tippietoes, though I don't think we have 'spoken' yet. There is absolutely no need for shame or guilt, most of us have been, or are, in that dark hole. I certainly have, but it will pass. Please post whatever whenever, always someone around, or maybe PM someone if you would rather. Sending a big cyber hug!
