If you're in the UK and looking for information on exercises to help you manage your condition, you can order one of our free exercise DVDs, titled 'Stay Active, Stay Well'.

It's a really good resource and it has lots of information, techniques and general advice about breathing techniques and exercises.

If you're outside of the UK, there are plans for the DVD to be put online via YouTube so keep an eye out for this, I'll update you when this happens.
