Blocking nose

Hi can eny one help ? My nose blocked over the night . I can't sleep

Hello Honarmand37 and welcome to the forum. I sympathise with this - I know how uncomfortable trying to sleep with a blocked nose can be. I think though that this is something only your GP can help you with as we would only be guessing as to its cause or cure.

A humidifier with eucalyptus oil helps me .

I use Olbus oil, I sprinkle some on a tissue and rub my nose and top lip with it, it does help me breathe a little easier, but it is not a cure, as annienell says a trip to your GP could be needed

To unblock your nose.

1. Take a deep breath through your nose.

2. Close your mouth.

3. Hold your breath.

4. Place a finger each side of your nostril preventing air escaping.

5. Hold as long as comfortable.

6. Let breath out.

7. Works every time.

8. May be repeated.
