What does everyone use for stuffy nose due to the heat xx

Sudafed nasal spray. Works a treat for me

I would say you have hay fever and you need antihistamine.

Sassy been and bought the sterimar on your and pharmacists recommendations worked a treat half hour after use I can breath via my nose thank you very much hun xxx

My GP recommended I use Olbus oil, I use the inhaler during the day and sprinkle the oil on a hankerchief during the night
