Gave myself a home lung function test today, I took my daughter to chessington world of adventures went on a few rides and realised my lung function seems pretty good! I thought I would be needing treatment at the end of the day but luckily for me my lungs are still there they didant collapse also breathless is not as bad as I thought it was gonna be, but the best thing of all was the amount of phlem that was getting un lodged that I didant even realise I had loads trapped till I got hung upside down a few times brings new meaning to the word physiotherapy to me. π

Now know what to do at home - swing upside down from the chandeliar or if you haven't got one from the clothes line Glad you had a good day. x
Good idea! Might try and do handstands again π
Lol I used to be good at those but it was many years ago. Wouldn't even attempt one now x
There is a exerciser that hangs you upside down....I wonder if that would work for copd people? What it is really used for is Backs! Great Idea NIK72
Haha! Perhaps we should all ask our doctors for a Chessington pass! Glad you had a great day. xx Moy
A technique I have seen used to bring it up is to lie face down on the bed hanging head and shoulders over the side towards the floor. Not easy but told it works. Gravity and all that !
I'll visit the fair next time it comes to town lol see if I can sort my lungs out too. Made me laugh a lot....thanks xx
