Might be worth asking the question that the BBC have, “What can I take abroad?” even over the counter meds can be banned in some countries !

Good advice Offcut. On my recent voyage to 23 countries tramadol kept coming up as the big problem. Of course, hopefully everyone has their prescription and labelled containers with them. It can became very complicated because different countries have different rules.

Timely reminder! Thank you.

I take everything and stamped copies of my prescriptions but I don’t leave Europe I suppose.
