Something in my Back?

Something in my back? I know this might sound silly but does anybody else have the sensation of something growing inside your Back? Making breathing more difficult. It's not painfull. More of an tickling sensation. Nothing to be seen or felt on outside. Had chest x-ray 6months ago. Nothing showed up. But the sensation is getting worse. Think the doc. Thinks I am making it up!
