Hi
Your first port of call is your respitory team to look at alternatives.
Are you on long term oxygen therapy or Ambulitory oxygen therapy or both.
If you are on both there’s a home fill system, main concentrator base with a small cylinder filller on top.
For Ambulitory use there is liquid oxygen which as similar benefits to a portable concentrator.
The nhs already provide a portable concentrator the inogen one G2 slightly heavy at 3.2 kg but comes with a trolley.
For self purchase excluding the Focus only suitable for 2lpm. The lightest is the inogen one G3 at 2.2 kg single battery. There a selection of others from the two links.

Before going down the self purchase route check with your respitory nurse for suitability. And if possible try before you buy.
Both of the above companies offer refurbished units at a reduced price.
Not forgetting our own sales page.

I use my own self purchase a inogen one G3 and a Philips I-go mini both go to 5lpm.
The hospital provided me with everythingnenuliser oxygen machine with a back up bottle in case of power cuts. Bottle to carry around when it and about you can ask for a trolley for it as is a littleheavy. I have asked sit the smaller square one on wheels but dent qualify apparently oxygenlevels not quite low enough so suppose that's good.
Greetings
I'm at "end stage" emphysema and on 24-hour oxygen.
I bought my own concentrator so that I could go on holiday overseas. At home, I use a static concentrator and cylinders. My SeQual Equinox was expensive (it broke the bank), but it has been worth every penny.
I can head off in the car with it plugged in to the lighter point and not have to worry about time, or getting caught in traffic jams. Overseas, I can keep the batteries charged and get about easily.
I'd be lost without my portable -- worth every penny!
