Every doctor I have spoken to say there is no cure & they don't know the cause. There has to be a non-Pharma relief. I have tried a Naturopath & successfully got worse!. I have tried drinking 3 litres of water per day, great if you want to drown!.

Hi wiremu, and welcome. Is it COPD that you suffer from, or another lung condition?

I have asthma / COPD and practice breathing exercises which help me.

Many people here have attended pulmonary rehab classes with good results.
