Very very tired again and tingly all over, maybe it's the cold?
I'm having bloods done on Wednesday so that'll bring anything up that's not right, only had the last lot of bloods end of October and that was fine though, slightly low on Vit D, but I do take a supplement.
I'm on an off tired, some days I'm okay then others totally shattered again. Suppose the severe reflux and indigestion can make you tired, I've been burping like you wouldn't believe today, very gassy. And back pain too right between the shoulders, it does get me down. And the bending over, I have to though as a I have to get my son dressed etc.
I hate being so tired as it makes me get ratty with everyone.
Sorry having a moan as today's not a good one, and it's snowing too π¨

Today is a bad day but tomorrow may be better. The cold weather is difficult for us with poorly lungs.
How old is your son? Is it possible for him to do some of the dressing himself or can he be on a bed/table/bedroom unit for dressing? If you are staying in because of bad weather then choose his easiest to put on clothes even if they don't match up. Make things a little easier for yourself if you can. To save bending as much myself all my shoes are now slip on, so no fastenings and I buy soft top socks as they are easier to get on and off.
I try to pace myself to avoid getting over tired but I'm lucky that I have no children at home to care for.
Thank you, it's complicated I'm afraid my lovely boy is actually 13 but has severe disabilities so I need to dress, wash feed him etc. But yes ha ha def put only old clothes on! We were both in comfy tracksuits and fluffy socks. Watched a movie and had hot drinks.
I just need sleep, I do get 2 nights a month where he goes to a respite centre so I can have a break especially helps when Ive been poorly.
Hoepfully spring will return soon, sunshine always makes us happier π We both love being in the garden.
Hi Shancock, that's ok you moan away as much as you need to, get it off your chest it dose you good. We all need to unwind from time to time, and the best place for me is on here because you feel relaxed and amongst friends that understand you. I hope your blood test next week will help you get to the root of what's making you feel the way you do. Could it be a side affect from a medication that your on maybe. I say this because each drug we take has got side affects , it's worth talking to your G.P about. I hope you feel better soon, let us know how you get on please? Take care βοΈπ
I'm only taking Esomeprazole and only 20mg dose and a little Gaviscon , unlikely to give these sort of side effects.
I'm having all sorts of things tested on my bloods so that will help. Could be the sinus playing up I'm still not totally over the surgery think it take some months really so there's still some pressure up there.
I hate that exhausted feeling, I also get quite ratty. I felt a little bit like you do when I was getting over an infection lots of aches and pains and flatulence that I hadn't had before, it slowly goes away. Must be difficult to manage with a young child, make things as easy as you can for yourself. Hope they find a minor thing wrong with you that is causing the problems and can clear it up. Have a moan anytime you feel like it. Lilian xxxxx
Hello Shancock, sorry you're having a tough day. I find the weather and heavy cloud makes a massive difference to my energy levels and mood. Cold, drizzly days give me headaches and make me.feel miserable all day.
Or maybe it's medication related? Like Stumpy said, might be worth a mention to you GP if it continues.
In the meantime, moan away, we dont mind! And take things easy, treat yourself to lift your mood. A pampering bath, a nice hot drink, or just a cuddle with the kids and a DVD...be kind to yourself. Spring is on the way and we will all be warm againπ. I hope you feel better soon π
Yes, we watched the new Padington film this afternoon, we enjoyed it. π΄ is what I need!
I'm still not completely over my surgery I had a while ago, think it takes ages for the pressure to all go. I'm seeing my ENT next Thursday and he'll check how it healing up.
i hope you and your lovely boy are all tucked up warm and cosy and that you get a really good nights sleep, this cold spell is only due to last a few days and then hopefully spring will brighten your days and ease your aches and pains.sleep well.............Skis and Scruffs
Hi Shancock, you moan away - it is hard enough just looking after ourselves at times let alone your other responsibilities. Hope your tests go okay and sending best wishes x
Moan as much as you like, Shancock, it will do you good. I am having bad patch at moment and have only two cats to deal with, not a 13 year old! Take as much care of yourself as you can!will be thinking of you! Love, Juney
