I am at 20% level as well. I always look on the bright side and at 66 I have set my next target to be 75. Stay happy keep safe and avoid people and places with infections. Good luck

I was at level 20% for a good few years then at my last test had dropped to 19%. I have been on oxygen for many years and about 6 months ago put on it 24/7 which is not to bad at all. You just need to eat as healthily as you can and above all else do not allow anybody near you who is even slightly unwell. My family are very considerate by staying away from me even if they have just a slight sniffle and the smokers go outside well away from me.
