I'm at the late stage of gold stage 3 COPD and minimal bibasal bronchiectasis and marked bilateral upper lobe
emphysema ....... can anyone help me with my medication? I seriously think my inhalers are not helping.

As we are all individuals then personally I would ask for a review by your GP or respiratory nurse specialist. What helps one may not help you. That you feel your inhaler s are ineffective is cause to ask for review. Also you could ring the BLF help line and to to one of their specialist nurses.
People respond very differently to different medications so you do, as suggested, need to ask for a medication review.
