Sadly I agree with roey123 there are no treatments at present. From all my reading of the research then stem cells appear to be only light in the darkness at present. However there is a large amount of research into new treatments.

One of a kind, I know the feeling...but I was wondering if you had been on a pulmonary rehab course, this can help with an understanding of lung conditions and build confidence and stamina.

A nutritious diet and graduated exercises can help too, the BLF have a free exercise CD .

And keep reading and posting here for friendship, inspiration and help. Fingers crossed soon there will be a breakthrough remedy.
