I t is fairly new, I do remember it being discussed here before, the only link I can find is here:

I haven’t tried it. Will ask about it on my next appointment.

Hello. I have a distinct feeling that I'm a guinea pig sometimes. I only have mild/moderate COPD with FEV1 around 70% and FEV1/FVC around 65%. My FVC drops by about 3-5% per year.

I was on Relvar Ellipta 92, Spiriva Respimat and occasional Fostair (although I think the latter was a waste of time). Last week, I was put on Trimbow. The only reason I was cited was that it was cheaper for the NHS with no mention of its clinical efficacy compared to taking three separate medications.

I have no issue with 3 inhalers reducing to 1. My issue is that I'm not convinced that any of the treatments actually alleviate any of the symptoms.
