Well had my results, lots and lots of cysts on those lung pictures, small ones big ones..it needs the LAM specialist to read them and it will take ages..
I was trying to see if there was something where I have the pain but I can’t understand enough so pointless.
So put that on one side and decided to go for an essential oils massage with Bea. It was rewarding.
Life goes on.

Oh dear we must be twins as u are describing mine ... well I have defo got Shingles and must say its the strangest awful feeling in my legs, my body, and my head and face on one side are killing me xx my rash is 2 things .. Yes when I saw those pictures Mel, a wake up call..well closed that computer and moved on 😃 no point in dwelling on them hey, life is out there while we have it, with its ups and downs but still ours. 🧚♀️
Did the doc give you antivirals for the Shingles?? I think Bea’s course was too short. Antihistamines or gel for itching??
Did I tell you about QiCha tea I have a pot of that every morning it helps with immunity. You can buy it in Chinese or health food stores. It says Protect on the label. I am fed up drinking it every morning but I must say with the vit D3, the MineralVit, the omega 3 from Solgar it has kept me sane this winter.

It is degenerative so as long as it doesn’t degenerate too much, I’m fine and so far only the lungs are cystic.. they wrote heart, thyroid, abdomen, bones were fine..so I thought it was just a thoracic scan but it looks like I had the real McCoy!! 😃

Oh dear Fran I'm so sorry the results weren't good. As you said, leave it to the specialists to translate the information and try not to dwell too much on it. Well done for trying to stay positive.
A great picture by the way! Can't remember the last time we had proper snow that lasted more than a few hours! The kids love it don't they?

No I don’t dwell on it, don’t worry. I am going with Bea to the station as she is leaving for Paris then I’ll go to the swimming pool to do some aqua..water is very therapeutic I find..probably will have a healthy lunch at the cafeteria and a nice coffee..then a snooze with Aria!!

Well my happy friend although the lungs don't look so pretty you have to see the positive side of things with regard to the rest of your'bits'that were scanned and came out clear.
Love the picture,but those poor vines under a blanket of snow are taking a battering,but like us they are quite hardy and will survive most that nature throws at them.
Enjoy your home alone time as i am sure Aria will get extra fuss with Bea on her travels.

I have just had an email: they have compared both scans and the lesions are stable plus there is a discrete improvement of my ventilation troubles, whatever that is, compared to 2 years ago..I answered him that is because of PR, physio and exercise..2 years ago I had pleurisy twice and one chest infection after another so it shows that Yes We Can!!!!
Well I am not surprised that southern wine definitely taste better I can tell you..
Yes Aria is asking for extra treats from la Nonna 😃 she had actually positionned herself in front of me and is staring like they do 😂 I am supposed to wait for another 30mn if I start giving in she will ask every 5 mns.

actually they are stable..I mean I know I have plenty of lung cysts but they don’t go away..at least I have no other lesions..so it is disconcerting but I am well considering.
