...are things that I often have not enough patience to follow to the end; this, however, has to do with something very intimate to me and that is my lungs and respiratory system; this Dr. Greenspan has a series of 'classes' wherein, so far, seems to present in a very level headed, straightforward approach as in this first of the series. 2 hr., 30min.

I remember someone else recommending this person a couple of years ago and I checked out his qualifications. It appears that he is a physical therapist rather than a pulmonary specialist. Having said that, he seems to have good intentions and I know that many listen to him.
