Well hope everyone got over Xmas bug free. Is it true when it's so cold it kills all the nasty bugs that are going around...... So does that mean we have less chance of getting ill. So is it a case of constantly using anti bacteria sanitiser or can u use it too much. It's all confusing to me I was brought up with the attitude u want to be around the bugs so your body builds up antibodies to them, but I've got now I'm petrified of being near anyone with even a runny nose........ This illness does take me to the extreme and I do have to laugh at myself at times.....common sense just doesn't come into the equation no more it's panic, run to the hills and a big x on the door stay away with runny nose lol xox I do use the hand steriliser but is there ever a chance I'm over using it..... Oh this illness has me questioning everything lol well take care everyone love Loretta xox
