I'm just about to enter my sixth week without antibiotics - a record for me! I hope to get through Christmas Day with only my regular meds and hope the same for all of you.

I wish you the best of health you can manage and a happy Christmas and a good new year.

Thank you for all your wonderful posts on here. I read them every morning and find them helpful and interesting. I was at a low ebb when I joined but you all have helped to lift me up.
