Hello lovely people

Hope your all well (as can be expected; that is!)

It’s my last day at work tomorrow of 2018; so I just wanted to wish you all a merry Christmas & a happy new year.

As you all know this year at 32 I was diagnosed with emphysema and asthma; which was a massive shock to say the least, after that the confusion and fear set in; and throughout that people of this group have helped me through! I couldn’t of done it without this support group. So I wanted to take the time to thank you guys.

Mentally Now i feel I’m in the right place to do this!!

Here’s to 2019; hopefully more settled; more in control ; and stronger!

I must have missed your post. I'm sorry to hear you have this diagnosis at such a young age but I'm sure you've benefitted from the advice on here to do all the right things to keep it at bay.
