My Bea made me laugh..and I needed to..what a day..still managed to be home for Alaska Diaries and Blue Planet on BBCTwo..That such beauty exists can be a comfort!!

Sorry that you seem to have had a difficult time yesterday, and thanks for the pictures on the cat mouse mat.

When I used to come home from work I would find two of my cats lounging around, the third looking out for my car while sitting on the windowsill, and a couple more of the neighbours cats who had come in through the cat flap sitting on the sofa....they all then demanded to be fed.

Thanks too for the idea of autogenic meditation which I tried before and during my tooth extractions yesterday....it certainly helped.

Funny hey..

yes difficult..I’m getting used to it..awful to say but we can get used to anything..I just take my embroidery up there, have a large coffee and wait and see..

Having my colour done afterwards, should help to see a younger me 😃

How do you get BBC where you live? My family in S of France would love to watch it from time to time (though wouldn't have a satellite dish).
