Hello BLF friends

My daughter is finally on seven days antiviral drugs for her shingles..and they think she’s got chronic fatigue..who wouldn’t..

Aria and I enjoyed the sunshine!

Tomorrow is Apnea test. I have to be there at 4.30 pm and bring the machine back the next morning.

Did anybody have that sleeping test??

Better news for Bea and nice to see Aria amongst the plants.

Pete had the sleep study done some years ago and the hospital advised him to use a machine each night. He couldn’t get on with having to wear the mask so that was the end of that. Good luck to you Fran. Xxxxx

Thank you Carole 😊.. okay Dad hadn’t wanted the machine either.. the respiratory specialist told me there are some more modern and lighter machines nowadays so we will see xx

I'm pleased to hear Bea finally has the antiviral drugs and the support she needs. Never had the sleep test (I'd have to get some first 😂) but let us know how you get on.All the best x

I have sleep apnea if you are diagnosed as having you have to fill a form in for the DVLA and if you don't use your machine you could lose your license you get used to your machine i find i sleep better with it now I'm used to it

My husband had the test last year . He wore the machine overnight without any problems and result was clear

I see.. I may have apnea I think, I wake up gasping for air..we’ll see..not looking forward to having a machine at night.

I had that sleeping test but thankfully did not have sleep apnea.

I have an attack of shingles in my face at present. How late can you be before taking anti virals?

I don’t know I left 10th of November she was unwell but we didn’t know what then she had glands a cold sinus

the spots only came out last week

and this week end I saw the measles looking ones so she got a hospital appointment yesterday brcause it is on the face pressing on her eye and then they gave her 7 days antivirals.

Ask your GP is best. Take care xx
