There are quite a few discussions about it. Try putting Ainergy into the search box (above right) to view them.
I think this is essentially a nebuliser. It does claim to convert tri-oxygen (ozone) to di-oxygen. Humans cannot breathe ozone and I read that while this can occur close to the sea it is not normally found at lower levels because it is unstable and converts readily to O2, the sort we can breath. O3 is potentially harmful to the airways and worth avoiding. I doubt if the device will do any harm and it may well do some good in delivering medications more effectively and deeper into the lungs. Like all these things it is best to discuss with a COPD specialist before making a decision to spend money.
Hope this helps.

I did have one of these machines on hire as a trial for 3months. A fellow named Chris will arrange it for you, have it delivered and collected if you don't want to keep it. Unfortunately mine did go back but I did try to use it as often as suggested at least twice per day at maximum output. My emphysema was too bad for it to have any real effect, although it does relax you which is no bad thing.
They are very helpful (Chris) and their testimonials read well. Unfortunately if you need more treatment such as lung reduction, lung coils or valves even a transplant, this machine does not make up for it.
Try the hire trial it will save you spending out large sums to buy it, try before you buy.
good luck
