A little tired this morning but excitement will prevail!
Took my 4 inhalers and pred, I have to go to the Saturday market, lovely local products to fill up Mum’s fridge, buy a dress 👗 to fit the occasion!
I thought Mum looked good. My brother who hadn’t seen her since last year saw the difference. She walks faster with her stick but with very little steps, I think she is cautious I told him, so frightened of another fracture..and she lost weight..
Anyway here’s a pic from the hill afar opposite the hotel window.
So pleased the sun is shining for the birthday celebration. Thinking of all the fresh, glistening local produce at the market and seein big glossy aubergines and tomatoes. My most recent trip to the south of France was to Nice in 2013 and the punnets of figs at the market, really blew me away. Your mum must be so excited at having you and your brother there.
Have a wonderful day and hope you find a dress you like.
