Serrapeptase

Hi All.

I havent been on here for about 2 years but thought i would look in.

I have cronic bronchitis and when i get a cough its pretty brutal. However. Somebody recommended serrapeptase to help break up mucus and stop the coughing. Works a treat for me.

If you suffer from a lot of coughing its worth a try.

Hello, this is the 2 nd time in a week I have seen this mentioned...

I take Carbocisteine which does a great job, although happy to look into this supplement too.

Hi.....five years ago on HU are a number entries from members on the subject

of Serrapeptase ..........the impression I got was don't ...

Other articles I found on the net pages were not happy with safety when taken with

other medications , plus buying Serrapeptase was a good way of lightening the weight of

your purse.

Think more research is needed and perhaps a chat with the Gp.or pharmacist

would be in order.
