Feeling a bit down inthe dumps. My chest is not good. I have been wheezing constantly for 3 weeks. Some days are better than others. It started with a virus and chest infection. Now have a sinus infexmction.

Feeling really unwell tonight. Headache stuffed up and wheezing. Might go to docs tomorrow

Get well soon. I'm fighting off a sinus and throat infection with Echinacea tablets, saline sinus rinses and gargles with Corsodyl or dilute TCP. The may help you.

Hope you feel better soon. Just got over a nasty bout of sinusitis. Was poorly for three weeks but a visit to the doctor and a course of antibiotics and a steroid nasal spray sorted me out.

Make yourself cosy and have plenty of water, orange juice and ice cream on hand. Watch movies. This is after you have seen your doctor, of course. Get well soon!

Hi folks saw emergency doc this morning. On more antibiotics. Steriods and steriod nebs just cant fill the script. The doc a bit worried as i leave it to the last minute as i have had breathing probs all my life. Time to let go for a few days and just relax and let my body recover. Thanks to you all for your support.
