Child lock on medication

Hi, I've had a inhaler capsule changed to Braltus and the container it comes in hasn't got a child lock on and wondered if this was legal. I know to keep stuff out of reach etc. but even my vitamin tablets have a child lock on. Ask my Pharmacy and they said it was because of the moisture compartment in the cap. Peace of mind please.

Packaging must be child-resistant if the medicine contains: aspirin, paracetamol or more than 24mg of elemental iron (according to the law). The full detail is here bit.ly/2yPmqLC (then scroll to "Child-resistant packaging for medicines")
