BLF Big Breakfast - what will you be doing to help ....?

My kids want a family breakfast, pancakes being top of the list! Just wondering what other people are doing, especially to get photos in the papers/social media to raise awareness?

I belong to a choir but not sure if I can get them to support this as just done battleforbreath with them & have a concert to rehearse for in few weeks.

I don't join in with the big breakfast. For one it takes too much doing, and I don't eat breakfast (other than a slice of toast). Plus mornings are the worst breathing-wise. I guess for those who have partners to help or who are not on oxygen or too impacted by the disease - perhaps I'm just a wimp! LOL.

I understand & agree I find mornings worse too.

Think our breakfast will commence at 4pm😀

I think it is strange too as most people with severe breathing problems find mornings the worst so getting up early to sort a big breakfast out, which incidentally I can't eat that much so early, is a bit of a no go!!! A big brunch may be better!!!

I agree, it feels like a mountain to climb when we're the ones doing it.

After Pipa's comments I'm taking a more relaxed stance on it - not putting too much pressure on myself & having sausage sandwiches at lunch time - All Day Breakfast 🙆
