You could try typing Soemac in the Search British Lung Foundation box (above right). It will bring up old threads on the subject. The general consensus seems to be save your money.

Soemac imply that the product is endorsed by the university, but I'd say that what the report says is it won't do you any harm, but needs more investigation as to whether it does any good.
