Early morning run

Had to stop the jog this morning for these beauties saying good morning to each other and I had a quick time to recover my breath lol happy Friday all x xxx

Good morning, that was an early shot. The only jogging I can do is to my memory!

Been up since 5am normal routine...and now pushing the jog to 5 mins jog 2 min walk 5 min jog 2 mins walk to regain breath my gym sessions are now my hobby lol xx

Same routine here, even weekends because I like to take my meds at the same time, I find that it is better and keeps my breathing reasonably stable all week.

I'm now weightlifting 30kgs on the bench lol and finding I actually have a shape that's been dormant for years lol xx

Awww thank you sassy I'm glad you had a great time with your lil man I bet he's a joy to look after ...iv been doing the running and my gym session in between looking at holidays to Malta end of September and cooking meals for freezer lol xxx
