I think so. I'm being a little cautious as I have started feeling better before and the gone down again. If I'm still feeling good when I see my GP on Thursday as well as getting good results, I will be happier.
Hope you got some more zizz in after you very early start!
I was dim this morning. Woke at 6, let the dog out, made tea, took it back to bed, switched tablet on & messed about on it until after ten. Got up grumpy, aching & hungry.
Why oh why didn't I get up properly at 6, I've a ceiling to paint, plants to plant, home to clean ............
That was an early morning walk!,my Rex would open one eye and give me a dirty look if I was to suggest a walk that early,in fact he's still curled up in his bed asleep and I'm wishing I was but I always get up and make tea for the working man! many more happy weekend zzz's to you! huff xxx
Hi Huff . . .I am afraid my muts is an alarm clock. If I try and ignore her she gets really vocal,
if I hide under the covers she thinks it is a game and just leaps all over me until I
give in.
Never had a dog who talks so much. lol..

I hadn't even seen my bed then, don't know if it goes with emphysema but i don't sleep more than 3/4 hours at a time cos' i wake up coughing and breathless, but top 'o' the morning to ya
That's interesting Ros, I went through a period where I would wake at around 3 am but now sleeping pattern has changed a little. I find myself falling asleep in the chair and waking any time between midnight and 4 am only to rouse myself to get into bed, I usually can easily go back to sleep though. Its a question of getting horizontal before my body switches to power save mode
Hope you can get some catch up later today, perhaps when muts take their afternoon siesta.
lol BC, I suppose I should call my muts by her name . . Dana.
I frequently wake at 0300 but have my laptop handy so that
I don't toss and turn.
But I do nod of after her midday walk for an hour or two.
Hope you are good hun

Im an early riser too! However like my nana nap in the pm! If I can't have it,find I'm struggling around tea time, then overtired, & can't sleep!! Vicous circle.
I do find though, that it's best to get up & do something,no good tossing & turning in bed.
Was it you woke me up at 5:30 this morning calling that bliddy dog? Shame on you, a poor old gentleman like me needs all the sleepies he can get. he he. Seriously though it was the ruddy milk truck delivering to the shop oppsite that woke me. Just got off again and the bread van turns up. No peace for the wicked.
